Are there any limitations to where you can ship parts?

No. Aircraft Parts Store ships world-wide. we also have very competitive shipping rates for both domestic and international orders.

Are you able to special order products that aren't listed online?

Yes. Some items may not be listed online but can be requested using our contact form.

Can I track my order status?

Tracking information for all orders will appear directly in your order confirmation email.

You can also use our Order Tracker.

Up to the minute order information is available 24/7 via this automated service. If you have your order number along with your email address, you can obtain the latest information on your order including tracking and in-transit information. Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to the email address used to place your order. (Note: As we do drop-ship select items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers at different points of the order process.)

Do I need a part number to order a part?

No. Having a part number is not required to place an order. However, having a part number will help in expediting your order.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes. For domestic order, our minimum order amount is $25.00. Our international minimum order amount is $50.00. The domestic order amount is only $10.00 for hardware and gaskets/packings.

Is the item I need in stock?

Availability of all the items we offer is displayed on the item page. We do our best to keep the information as current as possible.

International Orders: Certain items that normally ship direct from our suppliers may take additional time to process and ship. We will alert you via email if this is the case.

What are your hours, when can I place orders?

We accept orders Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5PM. We do answer calls after hours.

Where can I get a copy of the MSDS?

Looking for a copy of the MSDS for your product? We try to keep current copies of the MSDS for most items requiring one on file and they can be downloaded right from the item page.

Which carriers do your ship with?

We ship order with a variety of carriers. They are Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, American Airlines Cargo, Freight. And we do offer Same Day Shipping.
